Restore Your Premium Subscription

Reinstalled Extensio or switched to a new browser? Follow these simple steps to restore your Premium access.

When do you need this?

If you've already purchased Extensio Premium but don't see the Premium badge after reinstalling the extension or using a different browser, follow this guide to restore your subscription.

Click "Login"

Open Extensio and click on the Premium upgrade button as if you were going to purchase. On the payment page that appears, look for the "Login" button and click it. This will allow you to restore your existing subscription instead of creating a new one.

Enter Your Email

Enter the same email address you used when you originally purchased the Premium subscription. This is how we identify your account and restore your access.

Confirm via Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from us. Click the "Log in to Extensio" button in the email to verify your identity and confirm that this email has an active subscription.

Step 3: Click the login link in your email

Premium Restored!

That's it! Return to Extensio and you'll see the Premium badge in the extension. All your Premium features are now restored — unlimited profiles, unlimited site rules, and everything else you had before.
